By inviting or using JDNEXT Fetcher ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Bot immediately.

- Spam commands or intentionally overload the Bot.

- Redistribute copyrighted content obtained through the Bot without the appropriate rights or permission.

JDNEXT Fetcher is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Ubisoft Entertainment or the Just Dance franchise. All trademarks, logos, game assets, music, artwork, and other copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, accuracy, or continued availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Bot or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of JDNEXT Fetcher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. You use the Bot entirely at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to the Bot, restrict functionality, or blacklist any user or server for violating these Terms or for behavior deemed abusive or harmful.
